Project Charms is Athenian’s signature initiative designed to ignite curiosity, build confidence, and connect tween and teen girls with STREAM (Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Art, Math) career pathways.

Organizations may purchase the full Project Charms package directly. This option guarantees immediate scheduling and allows schools to bring STREAM education, author mentorship, and hands-on life skills directly to their students—no waitlist required.
Sponsors and donors can fund a specific school, region, or waitlisted applicant, making it possible for more girls to access this high-impact, STREAM-based learning experience. Sponsorships may be acknowledged on program materials, event signage, and online channels.
Funding provided by sponsors and donors allows Athenian to offer Project Charms at no cost to selected organizations. Nominated organizations are considered in the order we receive their completed Application and Letter of Participation, pending available funding.

Middle school and high school are critical for shaping identity and career aspirations. Too often, girls, especially those from underserved communities, lack access to engaging, hands-on STREAM opportunities. Project Charms changes that by bringing enrichment into the classroom, ensuring every girl has the chance to dream, build, and lead.
